----- Introduction of Hirze Imam Jawaad (as):
Perhaps the question has arisen for you that what is the amulet of Imam Javad? Imam Jawad's amulet prayer is the most familiar prayer among religious scholars and elders. This noble prayer is known in two forms, small or light (Sagir) and great or large (Kabir) versions. A small or short amulet is also known as a prayer or light or argument and is only the size of a line, which we read together below:
<< یا نُورُ یا بُرْهانُ، یا مُبینُ یا مُنیرُ، یا رَبِّ اکْفِنی الشُّرُورَ وَ آفَاتِ الدُّهُورِ وَ أَسأَلُکَ النَّجَاهَ یَوْمَ یُنْفَخُ فِی الصُّورِ >>
"O light, O proof, O witness, O light giver, O the Lord of the abundance of evil, and the plagues of the light, I ask for your salvation when the horn is blown on the Day of Resurrection."
In the text of prayer (Hirz) Imam Jawaad (AS) said, if you have the Hirz with yourself and if the Turkish and Roman armies meet you and all of them stand up against you together with all the people of the earth, you will be bad for them. Bad will not arrive and you will be safe from all of them. The great amulet contains a long prayer, the full text of which is given at the end of the article.

Properties of Imam Javad's amulet, quoted by Ayatollah Behjat (RAa):
Carefully looking at the meaning of Imam Jawaad's (AS) amulet, it can be seen that the most important property of Imam Jawaad's amulet is to avoid earthly and celestial disasters, which is mentioned in a book by Sayyid Ibn Tawus, and the late Majlisi Bahar al-Anvar, vol. 91, p. 354.
Ayatollah Behjat (ra) says about the properties of Imam Jawaad's amulet and its benefits:
in order to avoid dangers and diseases, to protect from the persecution of devils and goblins (Jinns), to cure nightmares, to invalidate magic and sorcery, and to have this prayer with you is recommended. It is also effective for repelling evil eyes (eyes of evil thoughts).
In response to questions about jealousy, persecution of devils and goblins (Jinns), disturbed dreams, etc., he always placed great emphasis on reciting the four verses (4 Gol; Kaferun, Ikhlas, falaq & Nas), the Mu'awzatin (Surah Falaq & Nas), and accompanying this prayer, and was aware of the benefits of Imam Jawaad's (AS) amulet.
We also read Ayatollah Behjat's opinion about the properties of Imam Javad's (AS) amulet from their teacher: I did not ask "Ayatollah Qazi" (my teacher) about dhikr, but sometimes he expressed it himself. For example, the amulet prayer of Imam Javad (AS), which causes immunity by wearing it on the arm, and another feature of the amulet prayer of Javad (AS) is "use to neutralize magic and spells", and of course the important point is that you should only wear it on the arm.
In addition to having this prayer with you, he (ra) has also made several other orders, including:
Read Ayat Al-Kursi (آیه الکرسی) verse and install it at home.
Read four verses (4 Gol چهار قل) and repeat, especially while sleeping.
Always carry a small Quran with you.
Reading Mu'awzatin (Surahs of Falaq and Nas-سورههای فلق و ناس).
During the call to prayer (Azan), say the call to prayer in a relatively loud voice.
Reading 50 verses of the Holy Quran on a relatively loud voice everyday.

Complete list of the properties & benefits of the prayer of Hirz Imam Jawaad (as):
What are the properties of Imam Javad's amulet? In the religion of Islam, there are many prayers and ways by which calamities and magic are removed from man, among which this noble prayer is the most well-known from Hazrat Jawaad (AS). The following is a complete list of its benefits and properties.
1- Disaster relief (دفع بلایا):
The prayer of Imam Jawad's amulet is the most famous among all prayers and amulets such as the amulet of Sharaf al-Shams for repelling evil. If we pay attention to the meaning of the amulet of Imam Jawaad (AS), we may be able to name some examples of repelling disasters such as protection from disease, which we will discuss in the following article, which is one of the properties of the amulet of Imam Javad's prayer.
2- Evil eye removal (دفع چشم زخم):
Imam Sadegh (as): "If you could dig graves (you would understand the cause of death), you would understand that most of the deaths are due to evil eye injuries." Similarly, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) said: "A wounded eye (Evil eye) can place a man in a grave and a camel in a cauldron." We can consider the repulsion of sore eyes (Evil eyes and thoughts of evil) as one of the main effects of this prayer.
3- Magic immunity (مصونیت سحر و جادو):
Regarding the effects of any magic, Allama Majlisi states that what became clear from the Qur'an and hadiths is a kind of effect of black magic on some people and on some bodies, such as changes in friendships and enmities, joys and sorrows. He also points out that any magic (Black or not) will be repelled by the amulets of "prayers recited by the Imams such as the amulet prayer of Imam Jawaad (AS)" and verses of the Qur'an, and with trust and hope in the Lord.
Also, with a little attention in the prayer of the amulet of Imam al-Jawaad (as) and accuracy in the meaning of the amulet of Imam al-Jawaad (as), it can be concluded that it implicitly has the following properties and benefits:
Repelling the evil look and tongue of the enemies is one of the most important features of the prayer of Imam Jawaad (AS).
Avoid losses from people, kings, devil demons, goblins demons.
Frequent effect on repelling sore eyes (black eyes) such as sore eye stones.
The effectiveness of Imam Javad's amulet prayer in protecting from the temptations of people and demons.
Undo all kinds of magic.
Stay away from cunning, deception and enmity.
Immunity from wounds, drowning and defeat.
Preserving honour and dignity is another feature of Imam Jawaad (AS).
To be safe from being killed and to take revenge.
Prevent illness and harassment.
Staying safe from poverty, hunger and thirst.
Also, being protected from shortcomings in religion and livelihood is one of the properties of Imam Jawaad (AS)'s amulet prayer.
